This Peregrine subspecies inhabits the Iberian Peninsula, southern Europe and the Mediterranean. It's a widely used bird in falconry, especially in the Peninsula. Although small in size compared with other Peregrine subspecies of peregrine, it's very reliable and versatile.
We currently have one breeding pair, it's our hope that they will reproduce this coming year.
